Seven from Stark Make U.S. News and World Report's 2014 Best High School List

We looked at thousands of public schools to identify the most outstanding. - U.S. News & World Report


Seven Stark County High Schools were included in the U.S. News & World Report's Best High School Rankings for 2014[1] released on April 22nd.

National ranking and silver medals were awarded to Jackson, Hoover Lake, East Canton and Marlington High Schools. Perry and Sandy Valley High Schools received national recognition and bronze medals.


To produce the 2014 list U.S. News teamed up with the Washington, D.C.-based American Institutes for Research to analyze data from 31,242 public high schools from all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Schools were ranked on both academic performance and college readiness.
