OCAN Grant to Fund Counselors
The Stark Education Partnership was awarded a grant from the Ohio College Access Network (OCAN) in the amount of $25,000 to support AmeriCorps counselors at McKinley, Alliance and Massillon High School.
AmeriCorps members will be part of the Ohio College Guides.

Masters GraduateStark County's Graduate and Professional Degrees Growing

The latest U.S. Census figures show that the percentage of adults, age 25 and over, who hold graduate or professional degrees in Stark County is growing. The county is also improving its ranking among the state's 88 counties, moving from 25th in 2007 to 24th in 2008.[1]
