New Report Outlines Ohio College Student Debt

Financial Aid Awarded to First-Time, Full-Time, Degree-Seeking Undergraduates in FY 2007-08
[1], a new report released by the Ohio Board of Regents earlier this year, provides a detailed picture of college loans assumed by Ohio students during their freshman year.  How great is this debt over time?

The Project on Student Debt
[2] maintains that 66% of Ohio's college graduates left school owing an average of $23,854 in 2008. That ranked the state 12th in the nation on student indebtedness.
