Canton and Stark County Outpacing State
and Nation in Degree GrowthOne year estimates released by the U.S. Census Bureau on Tuesday, September 28, 2010, show both the City of Canton and all of
Stark County outpacing the state and nation in college degree growth.
The 2009 American Community Survey (ACS)[1]
further indicates that Canton is rapidly closing the gap on Associate Degree
attainment with both the state and nation.

The ACS is an ongoing survey by the Census Bureau designed
to provide communities data on a yearly basis.
