Dr. Adrienne O'Neill, Ed.D
President
Since 2001, Dr. O'Neill has served as President of the Stark Education Partnership. She came to the organization from Canton City Schools where she served as the Chief Education Officer for the district and for the Timken Regional Campus project. Formerly she served as President for the Academy of Business College in Phoenix, Arizona, and established the Academy of Technology High School. Dr. O'Neill helped to design the Educational Leadership Doctoral Program at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, and served as an Associate Professor. She served as an Assistant Professor of Education at Caldwell College and as the Director of Graduate Studies. Dr. O'Neill served as the Director of Leadership Institutes for Caldwell College. In that role she wrote the grant, cooperatively designed the instructional modules with professors, and coordinated the Newark Principals' Leadership Institute for the Caldwell College cohort. She has served as an Assistant Professor in the Curriculum and Instruction Department and as the Acting Department Chair in the Educational Leadership Department at William Paterson University, New Jersey.
Previously, Dr. O'Neill served as a Superintendent of Schools for 16 years in New Jersey, and as an assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction, teacher and principal in New York for 13 years.
Dr. O'Neill has written numerous articles, made many presentations at national conventions and is the co-author of three books. Dr. O'Neill received her B.A. and M.S. from Syracuse University and her Ed. D. from the State University of New York at Albany.

Dr. Joseph A. Rochford, Ph.D.
Vice President
Dr. Rochford is Vice-President of the Stark Education Partnership and joined the organization in 1991.
Prior to coming to Stark County, Dr. Rochford served as a University Fellow at Kent State where he was part of a team conducting research on how organizations make decisions. That research resulted in the development of the Decision Processes Profile Instrument (DPI) which is the first standardized instrument to profile how organizations make decisions under conditions of high uncertainty. Research on the DPI is still continuing as other doctoral students apply the instrument in a wide variety of fields.
While at Kent, he also worked extensively on several education improvement efforts, including the Administrative Preparation Program of the Cleveland Public Schools and the Canton City Schools Leadership Academy. From 1988 to 1989, he was a doctoral fellow with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and served as research advisor to the Clinic's Public Education Initiative with John Hay High School.
Before going to Kent State, Dr. Rochford was general manager of Amber-rents, Inc. (d.b.a. Taylor Rental Company) of Olmsted Falls, Ohio. He also spent several years at Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio in administrative posts and was a consultant to the Ohio R-94 Federal Urban Renewal Project in Berea.
In Stark County, he currently serves as a member of the board of directors for Jobs for Ohio's Graduates (J.O.G.S.) of Greater Canton and the AHEAD Foundation in Massillon. He is also an adjunct professor of graduate education at Walsh University.

Stephanie Boka
Accounting Services
Stephanie joined our organization in 2001 and provides bookkeeping services to the Partnership. Stephanie's duties include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and monthly financial statements.
In addition to working with the Partnership, Stephanie provides bookkeeping services for Stark Community Foundation, Macks Step Inc., MRP Co. Ltd., Macks Weldings Inc., and the Royal Bread & Bagel Company.

Adele Gelb
Program Officer
Adele joined our organization in 2002 and serves as Program Officer for the Partnership. Her responsibilities include building and overseeing the communications and community engagement programs and managing events that arise from these programs.
Formerly Communications Director of the Canton Jewish Community Federation, Adele served as editor of a community newspaper, supervisor of visiting staff, director of a an overseas community partnership and staff of strategic planning. Adele is a graduate of Miami University with a B.S. in Elementary Education with teaching experience in the Garfield Heights and North Canton Schools

Kimberly J. Ross
Graphics Designer
Kim joined our organization in 1994 and serves as the Partnership's Graphics Designer. Kim is responsible for designing printed materials, including our weekly e-newsletter, annual report, brochures, and general business forms; maintains the Partnership's web site; and provides operational support to the staff with administrative responsibilities as well as technical computer assistance.
Prior to working for the Partnership, Kim was an Assistant Warehouse Manager for Peoples Services and an Administrative Assistant for the Canton Invaders.
