Director of Talent Development
Christine joined the organization in 2022 and serves as the Partnership’s Director of Talent Development. Previously, she was employed by Reynoldsburg City Schools as a high school social studies teacher and adjunct professor for the College Credit Plus Program at Columbus State Community College. While there, she provided deeper learning opportunities for her students by using inquiry- based strategies, problem-based learning, and service-learning projects. She is using this background in her role at SEP to create student pathways to careers by connecting workforce leaders with Stark County’s education community.
Christine earned her master’s degree in American History and Government from Ashland University (AU) in 2014 as well as a bachelor’s with a dual major in Political Science and Religion from AU in 2001. More recently she has engaged her passion for learning by taking graduate courses in Educational Leadership at the Ohio State University as well as being selected for competitive professional development opportunities by The Bill of Rights Institute, National Constitution Center and TeachingAmericanHisory.org.
