Erin West
Director of Partner Engagement
Erin joined the organization in 2025 and serves as the Director of Partner Engagement. In this role, she is responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with community and education partners, leading collaborative initiatives, and planning and executing events that support SEP’s mission and programming. Her work also includes developing a student advisory council, implementing career readiness initiatives like YouScience, and creating meaningful engagement opportunities across Stark County.
Prior to SEP, Erin served as the Campus Visit Manager at the University of Mount Union where she oversaw the student ambassador program, managed on-campus events for prospective students and families, and collaborated closely with university departments and community organizations. She brings over a decade of experience in higher education, event coordination, and student engagement.
Erin earned her B.A. from Kent State University and her M.B.A. in Leadership from the University of Mount Union. A Stark County resident for nearly 20 years and a proud parent of two Stark County high school graduates, she is passionate about creating meaningful connections and helping students discover opportunities that support their personal and professional growth.
