Kimberly J. Santoro
Director of Operations
Kim joined the organization in 1994 and serves as the Partnership's Director of Operations. Kim is responsible for the overall management of office processes and operations, implements SEP’s communications and marketing plan, and is responsible for the Partnership’s finances, including accounts management, grants reconciliation, budget administration and the oversight of payroll.
Prior to working for the Partnership, Kim was an Assistant Warehouse Manager for Peoples Services and an Administrative Assistant for the Canton Invaders. She earned her B.A. in Organizational Management and Marketing from Malone University and is a graduate of Stark State College earning an associate degree in Small Business Computer Systems along with a Bookkeeping certificate. In 2021, Stark State College inducted Kim into their Alumni Hall of Fame.
