Mia Holt-Hoskins
Career Champion
Mia joined the Partnership in 2025 as a Career Champion. She works closely with students to help them develop career readiness and employability skills that align with their individual interests and aptitudes. Through career-connected learning experiences, she mentors students and prepares them for future success. Her role supports SEP’s Career Pathway Initiative, which aims to empower students and strengthen the local workforce by helping Stark County school districts build strong, career-connected learning programs. Mia is committed to, and excited about, helping all students reach their full potential and discover the career paths that are right for them.Â
Prior to joining SEP, Mia served as an AmeriCorps College and Career Guide at Alliance High School. In that role, she provided academic advising to help students create post-graduation plans and then guided them through each step toward their goals. She brings this experience to SEP, continuing her work to support Stark County students in finding meaningful career pathways.Â
Mia earned a Bachelor of Science with a dual major in Human Development and Public Relations from the University of Mount Union, where she was honored as an Investment Alliance Scholar and served as president of her senior class.
